This is an RP between

and myself from a few days ago.
I really enjoyed this one, it was fun and interesting. I loved how...
Well, I'll let you see for yourself.
--Ominn--
A mist, thin but chilling, held grasp over the leaves and roots that coated the forest floor.
Just outside the forest, a small village had begun their early morning bustle. On this dawn,
a thin line of Grey smoke rose from between the trees, twisting snakelike from a small clearing.
The clearing was grassy, with a small stone circle near the center from which dying embers
breathed the weak smoke. Around the smoldering pit were logs, one of which had markings cut
into it which formed a poem of sorts. The bland blade which had carved the intricate words
was lying to the side of the log, fresh blood along its blade. The owners hand, stripped of
flesh and muscle, lay open nearby. The hand matched the body, which lay bent backwards over
the poem log. The corpses associates were in the same condition, strewn about the clearing
with their weapons nearby. One of the skeletal remains was lying nearly in the fire, its
empty eyes staring towards the fresh morning sky. The blood on those bones seemed dry already,
most likely from lying by the dying pit fire. All was silent and eery here this morning, for
not even a songbird dare whisper near the area.
--Bluance--
Synd sighed as he walked through the forest, his hands held behind his head cassualy as he
walked. He had rather casual traveling clothes on and didn't carry much besides a hammer made
out of a strange green metal. His right hand had a strange tatoo on it, green flames surrounded
by a silver background. He smiled as he saw the village seeing it had started its morning life.
"Wonderful, now i can get some good rest." He chuckled a bit. He continued until he approached
the edge of the village, "What..the hell.." seeing the bodies he stood at the edge staring.
Immediatly he was alert, hammer in his right hand and his eyes searching for anything left
alive as he cuatiously walked forward, "Demon..devil..dragon..undead.." he shivered at the last
part, "Losts of baddies..which one wants to play.."
--Ominn--
Upon the word "Demon", the skeltal figure thay lay beside the fire seemed to... twitch almost.
The head rolled to the side, somehow still connected to the neck. The bodies jaw dropped open
with a clack against the rib bones. A drop of fresh blood dripped out of the mouth off one of
the canine teeth and silently spattered on the leaves below. Now the eyes of the skull seemed
to stare directly at the new visitor. Who could it be? The one that had caused this blasphemous
slaughter was watching as the skeleton did, it's view cocked to the side as the skeletons was,
the sight distorted by blades of singed grass. Suddenly the jaw closed tight, making an even
louder clacking sound that when it had fallen open. The skeleton sat up, still staring at the
traveller. It stood quickly, never removing that empty gaze from Synds eyes. Slowly, flesh
seemed to creep from the ground and up the skeletons legs, forming perfect skin, smooth and pale.
The skin seemed to grow as vines do up a tree, creeping along. Soon it had creatd more; perfect
feminine hips, a perfect feminine torso, and a face more gorgeous that that of the lords wives.
Mid-length dazzling red hair brushed lightly on the womans cheeks as she watched Sund with a
look of fearless curiosity. "What-" a voice as sweet as a morning birds song "-do we have here?"
She muttered, smiling faintly at him.
--Bluance--
He stood frozen the instant the corpse began to move, "Undead.." he muttered under his breathe
as he held the hamer out infront of him. He held his ground, his gaze flowing over the corpses
to see there was only one moving, he had an idea more of what it was at that. His face went pale
when it started growing flesh, "Necromancer..or Demon.." he said to himself. When the creature
had fully formed he reared his head back, "Aww man, the greatest looking woman in miles is
DEAD." he groaned, "Whoever did this is soooo dead." he chuckled. He blinked when it talked,
"Wo.." he blinked reminding himself it was still dead. He made a beckoning motion towards it, "I
think you should come and find out kitty kitty." make a call one would for a cat.
--Ominn--
The woman tilted her head slightly, still bearing a smile so sweet it would give honey bees a sugar
rush. "I know you have no idea of who I am, and you seem certain you can kill me with that hammer
of yours. I suppose theres no chance of us sitting down and just talking this through? It's a pity
really." The woman suddenly shivered, and turned her head to her left by the slightest bit, still
watching her new friend intently. "Terror, I thought I asked you to stop breathing down my neck."
She stopped speaking for a moment, seeming to lose full concentration on Synd, but still watching.
"Alright, I suppose you can come out. These men have already seen you once. I suppose their bones
witnessing you again wouldn't be too much trouble. There was a minor pause, then a hissing filled
the clearing. It grew in volume, accompanied by a black haze. The haze only filled one area though,
a large blotch behind the womans left shoulder. It grew in size until it was about double her height,
and almost six of her width. It began taking form, the eyes being the first thing to show. They were
deep red spots, surrounded by what seemed to be a cattle skull. From the sides of the skull, two large
horns protruded, curved forward like those of a mountain goat. The body under the skull was muscular
and wide, built of what seemed to be very thick black mist and covered in glossless black scales. The
right arm of the creature was armored in a bone gauntlet, held together with black iron chains. The
monstrosity also sported a long reptilian tail covered in the same armoring. When it was fully
manifested, the beast reared it skull head and let out a screeching roar. Every single one of the
remaining skeltons seemed to turn onto their backs, the jaws wide open as if they were also screaming,
but in pure fear rather than the obvious bloodthirsty rage emenating from the hulking creature beside
the beautiful woman.
--Bluance--
He laughed at the womans words, "Sorry kitty, I like to play with the live ones." In all honesty he
didn't expect it to be so intelligent. He stood his ground lowering the hammer a bit to seem less
threatening, maybe she wouldn't be so bad..if she wasn't entirely dead. He was about to speak again
he was interrupted, and confused. As the other figure formed he pouted and muttered to himself, "Damn, I wanted to have fun." He watched and grit his teeth as the creature screamed, ignoring the dead unless they stood up like the woman had, when he fully formed he chuckled, "Oooh purrty. I was hoping for the one behind this to be more.." he motioned to the girl, "Well like her, oh well." he shrugged and stayed his ground, "You here to have fun, or are you just happy killing me? I really don't feel the need to fight you if your just a killing machine." he didn't pay any more attention to the woman thinking her to be the creation of some necromancer, likely the new creature, "But if your not, maybe I'll stick around."
--Ominn--
The woman looked stunned for a moment, her eyes were wide as if she'd seen a ghost behind the young adventurer. His words were very strange indeed. Just when she looked like she was about to scream for the beast to just attack the man, she broke out laughing. Her gaze ripped away from Synd as her knees buckled and her arms held her stomach tightly. Her laughter filled the clearing as the beasts screeching howl had, but was in a way more terrifying due to the setting. The laughter was hysteric, as if she had just been told the funniest joke in the world. Terror seemed to bow his head in response to what the man had said, watching Synd intently with those deep red eyes. The woman wiped her eyes and stood again, still chuckling to herself. "Terror? Attack? Thats a good one." She sighed and returned to watching the traveler in their midst. Her thin hand wiped at her eyes again before she spoke. "If you thought this puppy was the one who killed these men and stripped them of themselves, you are sorely mistaken, my young friend." She laughed again, but quietly now.
--Bluance--
He looked like he had a bad taste in his mouth through the whole thing. Then he looked like he was chewing on gum, he actually appeared bored. Eventually during the event he slung the hammer over his shoulder and watched, looking casual as he chewed away on something. When she was done he spit out a green, almost goo like substance onto the ground when then evaporated into the air, "Yeah yeah..". He pointed at Terror, "So hes terror, and hes a wimp." he grinned as he pointed to her, "And your kitty, and aparantly the much better one of the duo eh?" He chuckled a bit letting his hand fall lazily to the side and he appeared to be chewing again.
--Ominn--
She giggled again. "I suppose I'm a kitty, if you really look at things that way. you seem to forget that
kitty's-" She raised her left arm across her chest, still staring at Synd. The arm seemed to grow paler,
then began to shrink to bone again, the flesh retreating back up her arm and somewhere into her body. The bone was shifting while this happened, changing shape. Her forearm and hand melded together as they lengthened. The arm became a club, and the club tapered to a point. After about 3 seconds, the left hand had become a long sword made of hard bone. The bone was permanently blood stained, and although the cracks and aging made it look frail, it was very strong. "-have claws." She grinned, and Terror raised his head to look at Synd directly. The woman swung her left arm up and looked as if she were blocking Terror from doing something. The creature looked at her, and apparently spoke silently to her for she responded to him in a soft voice. "Not a perfect soul? I see. Its a shame, but at least you aren't in trouble, brother dearest."
--Bluance--
He watched with a big grin as she made the cat refernce. He chuckled lightly after she had made it, "Oooh, thats pretty.." He was liking where this was going. When she stopped the man he appeared puzzled but shrugged seeing nothing was happening, "My soul is just fine." he commented. Then he spit the strange goo onto his right hand, where instead of evaporating it grew around each of his fingers in claw like fashion, then they hardened into a green metal. He raised his hand, "Does kitty what to play?" he asked with a big grin.
--Ominn--
The sun seemed to slip behind a cloud as the clearing darkened slightly. The once clear forest around the area slowly slipped into a darkness that only allowed a short view distance all around. The woman sighed and let her weapon drop from in front of Terror, still watching Synd. "Yeah, I understand little brother." She smiled faintly, and stood perfectly still for a moment before shuffling her feet. A deep voice filled the clearing, but the speaker had a sort of lisp as every 's' was lengthened. ""Stranger, you are in our territory, our feeding ground, our land and yet you dare defy Sylvia and Terror, the owners of the living and spirit worlds. Your fate shall be worse than Death."" The skeletons that were scattered around rattled as they stood, one by one and each grabbing their respective weapons. "Leave some for me, brother." Sylvia said, stepping backward to be directly beside Terror.
--Bluance--
He growled a bit seeing each of the skeletons and hearing the voice in the air. He held his hammer in one hand and then raised his clawed hand as well. "Oh come on! Kitty to much of a scaredey cat to come and have fun for herself?" He waved his clawed at her in a shooing fashion, "I don't think your to scary if your two weak to fight me." he turned around and started walking away again, keeping his ears alert incase they came after him, also he had a big grin, trying to lure her in was his plan.
--Ominn--
""Who said you could leave yet, mortal?"" The voice echoed, not in the forest but through Synds mind. One of the skeletal warriors burst from nowhere, putting it's sword through Synds chest and vanishing in an instant, leaving no trace of it ever being there, not even a scratch. The only remnant would be a tingling sensation at the wound point. Sylvia laughed, but it was empty, unlike before. No feeling of joy or anger or sadism could be heard on her voice. Just an empty laugh. Another skeleton burst from the shade and did the same as the one before; attacking, hitting then vanishing. They were faster than any undead creature should be, and had no solidity to their bones at all.
--Bluance--
He gasped and cried out when he thought it had hit him. But it wasn't real and then it made him really pissed at the thought of someone using an illusion on him. Turning around as the second came, he assumed it was another illusion so he did nothing, he pointed at her with the claws and then made a beckoning motion, "Why don't YOU come and get me kitty?!"
--Ominn--
When he turned around, Sylvia was gone from the side of the creature. In her place, as well as mirrored on the other side of Terror, was almost two dozen skeletons, each wearing various types of armor and brandishing weapons ranging from swords to halberds to thick battle axes. Sylvia's voice echoed like the other did, not sounding real but instead just in his mind. "Can you tell us apart, hero?" Another of the skeletons lunged at Synd, this one carrying a one hand axe and a small rotted wooden shield. Sylvia laughed that dead laugh again as the skeleton vanished and reappeared among the ranks. The only thing that remained constant was Terror, always staring at Synd as if he were a gourmet meal and Terror had been starved for 3 years. ""Unpure souls do not have the rich flavor of pure ones, but at least they can not destroy me."" The deeper voice echoed. ""Welcome to the real Hell.""
--Bluance--
He growled flinching at the skeleton annoyed at the illusion really, he just wanted a good fight, "Fucking hell, FIGHT ME!" he yelled at the miniature force in front of him. He looked to Terror, wondering where the women had gone but it didn't matter, he was just pissed he didn't have a good fight, "Fine then, I'll play your game." The claw on his hand turned back to goop and started changing until there was a handle in his hand and a long chain with a spiked ball at the end. Changing and soldifying into a chain and ball, hitting the ground with a thud, chuckling, "I'll just have to find my way through!" he laughed, holstering the hammer and using both hands to spin the chain above his head grinning.
--Ominn--
Every sound in the forest seemed to stop as soon as Synd's flail touched the ground. All of the skeleton glared emptily at him, then all at once sound returned to the forest. The sound was accompanied by clacking and chattering bones as the skeletal forced spilled upon Synd in one large wave. Just ahead of one of the skeletons, literally through it the tip of a long thin spike could be barely seen, heading straight for the mans chest.
--Bluance--
He growled at the wave as if it would scare it off, his eyes scanning it, he knew something would be real, it had to be. He saw a few select weapons that looked off too him, positioning himself ready. The moment he knew all of them where in range he swung the ball into a arc in front of him hoping to knock away any attacks, it was a random gamble but all he had.
--Ominn--
It appeared that this man was luckier than the two had perceived. His attack glanced off the top of Sylvia's arm, which made her attack go far lower than she had expected. Rather than hitting his cheat and killing him, the point pierced his cloth on his right leg. Upon Sylvia being hit, Terror lost his concentration and the illusion ended. The forest returned to its full brightness and the illusionary skeletons all vanished, leaving the originals unmoved from their places when Synd had arrived. Sylvia stared at the man blankly, looking at the point of her arm. Terror was staring at Sylvia over his large shoulder, but he looked back to Synd now, waiting for the man to look at him again.
--Bluance--
He growled loudly at the small wound but grinned, "I win.." he said confidently. He started laughing as he let the ball and chain dissolve into the air. "Kitty loses.." looking at her with mocking eyes. Then he
looked to Terror, "And so do you.." He started laughing loudly at them both because of it
--Ominn--
Terrors eyes flashed as soon as they met with Synds. There was a moment of hazy mist, barely noticeable, then Sylvia's weapon retracted into her. She looked up at the man, then began walking towards him. Her eyes stayed focused on his as she approached but no caution was shown on her face. When she was about halfway across the clearing, she stood still and held her arms out straight. "You're right." She said in that sweet soft voice. "You win. Take your prize, I swear to not even blink unless you say so."
--Bluance--
He blinked at her, confused. He shuddered at the gaze of the man but ignored him focusing on the woman. He narrowed his eyes at her, "What prize?" he was confused, he just wanted a good fight he guessed illusions were a little good. "I never bet anything.."
--Ominn--
Sylvia's gaze never left Synd's face, and held a certain amount of humility in it. She waited for him
to do what most men would have at this point, but after a moment of confused silence, she wordlessly
signaled Terror. Suddenly an old but strong mans hand gripped Synd's right wrist. The man had the same facial build as Synd, but different eyes. They were aged and hardened and intelligent.
--Bluance--
He yelped and growled at the person grabbing his wrist, looking to she who it was and blinked. And
laughed a bit, "Heeey good lookin'." He chuckled, looking at it. He looked back to them and shouted,
"Hey, ya got the eyes wrong you dolts!" he was making a joke before he moved to attack the thing, but
wanted to see their reactions.
--Ominn--
The man spoke lightly, though his voice was gruff and thick. "You don't remember me at all? You would
strike down your own father in cold blood? This is not how I raised you son." Sylvia and Terror
remained silent, though they both watched Synd with mild interest. Sylvia allowed her arms to rest at
her sides with her palms on her thighs as she waited.
--Bluance--
He growled looking back to them, and to the apparent father. His eyes searched them up and down, "Yeah, you taught me well father." he chuckled letting his other hand move to his hammer and detach it from the battle. "I grew up to be just..like..you.." He moved to swing the hammer at his head.
--Ominn--
The two watched silently as the man swung to kill his own father. Silently, Sylvia said to Terror;
'This one is slightly more intelligent than expected, and has wonderful will power. His soul may not
be pure, but his spirit is strong. No more though.' The instant the hammer made contact with the
illusion, vaporizing it, a spike made of bone poked out through Synds right ribs, having traveled
through from the other side and reaching to Sylvia's right arm. She stared at him wordlessly as the
haze returned and left again. The new illusion was now completely gone, and Terror stood directly
in front of Synd, leering down at him through the reddened eye sockets of his skull head.
--Bluance--
He growled louder as the bone pierced him, kneeling down clutching the wound. Looking up to them,
"F-fuck you.." he said growling at them, "No honor in combat.." he hated that, he was ready to get
up and attack them again but it seemed Terror's gaze held him down so he sat there unmoving.
--Ominn--
"Combat?" Sylvia fully retracted the spike into her arm as she walked up to him, then knelt by his
side. In the softest voice to ever fall on human ears she whispered "My dear pet, this was never
combat-" Terror raised his right arm, and the sound of chains rattling against each other and the
bones could be heard clear as day "- it's all just a nightmare." Her last words were warm and almost
loving; a perfect contrast to the falling claws intent on ripping the forsaken man to shreds.
--Bluance--
He groaned, the wound was taking the sense away from him and he started to get scared. He chuckled
a bit at the womens words, although he wouldn't mind that voice if in different circumstances,
"W-welcome...t-to the real hell." his eyes dipping, his face pale, "More like, w-welcome home..."
--Ominn--
A mist, thin but chilling, held grasp over the leaves and roots that coated the forest floor.

reflected the fading sunlight into the trees.
